Job Description
The Role:
A large Banking group is currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for its Cash IT integration and reconciliation. This piece of integration work will provide the IT and Business operational changes required for a migration of banking Counter Systems as well the ATM estate. Carrying out requirements documentation and determining business process and operational solutions for the Business Operating Model, the individual will need to work with IT Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure that IT effort is in line with the model. You will work extremely closely with the Business Analysis team providing guidance on UAT effort, escalating risks and issues with the solution design and impact analysis on the process.

The Candidate:
Candidates with outstanding Business Analysis experience within both business and IT projects within Banking/Financial Services can only be considered for these opportunities. Proven ability to produce business process analysis, mapping and use cases is essential as is expertise in using tools such as Visio. Your project experience will have equipped you with full life cycle Project Management methodology knowledge and understanding of project structures and strategies, perhaps possessing Prince 2 or consultancy experience. You will naturally have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced Matrix-managed environment.
