Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within this superb 60 bedroom 4 star hotel which is located close to Chigwell.
The hotel boasts extensive facilities and is part of an excellent national group.
You will have the energy and enthusiasm and be a good communicator.
You will oversee the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and be able to lead, motivate and train the brigade.
You will have a good quality background coupled with being a good kitchen manager who can ensure all costs are kept within budgeted targets.
The hotel has a very good restaurant and banqueting up to 350.
