We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Online Marketing Manager to join a developing company on a permanent basis. The role requires a technically minded CRM marketer to drive Online campaigns. Successful applicants will have solid proven experience in Online marketing, direct marketing, segmentation and customer profiling experience. Outstanding communication skills are essential. A confident manner and personable approach to work and the work place is of high importance to our client.

Duties will include:

• Contributing to and developing integrated Online marketing campaigns
• Developing marketing plans and strategies
• Evaluating and analysing marketing campaigns
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Developing KPI
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, management, suppliers and partner organisations
• Sourcing advertising opportunities through digital media
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including digital leaflets, posters and e-newsletters along with new innovative digital tools
• Organising and managing freelance designers
• Managing budgets
• Working with the directors & Sales Manager to implement marketing strategy and sales
• Coordinating services from outside agencies e.g. SEO agents, Design and other marketing agents

This is a role will cover PPC, Affiliate Marketing, viral, web, advertising and some PR. Therefore the position would suit an existing marketing manager, looking for a wide and varied role that they can really make their own. With this in mind applicants must possess the following skills and abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of all standard Microsoft packages
• Advanced HTML knowledge
• Experience of segmentation and targeting
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of CRM best practice and theory
• Experience of coordinating large scale email campaigns
• Experience in campaign reporting and analysis
• Proven success in marketing techniques and strategies
• The ability to execute campaigns from initial brief to final analysis
• Educated to degree level
• Previous Online marketing analysis experience

This role is looking to pay between £30-35,000 per annum depending on experience and suitability to the role. The company offers 20 day of holiday, plus an additional 5 days over the Christmas period. Mobile phones and gym memberships are also included in company benefits.
