VIP Account Manager – German and English speaking Role
Reporting to the Head of VIP Programme, the VIP Account Manager will play an active role leveraging opportunities with existing clients as well as generating new business. The position is based in London and provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with a winning, fast-growing company that is moving to the next stage of its global development.
VIP Account Manager – German and English speaking Responsibilities
Maintaining relationships with existing clients through dedicated account management
Collecting and reporting feedback from clients to assist with continuous improvement
Presenting a professional image when representing the company
Identify and make detailed product development proposals to improve the service offered to clients
Calling potential clients and pitching the VIP programme to convert them into new VIPs
Providing exceptional support for existing clients
Maintain working knowledge of competitors and industry trends
Contribute new ideas on how to improve the existing VIP offering
Work closely with the Marketing department to execute affective promotional campaigns
VIP Account Manager – German and English speaking Essential Skills
Sales and end-customer oriented experience
Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of e-commerce and have the necessary commercial acumen to appreciate market trends
Knowledge and experience of the online gaming/e-commerce industry
Excellent phone acumen and ability to build remote relationships
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
Highly motivated with strong commitment
Ability to work in dynamic environment
Fluent in English and German
Degree in Business or related fields
