Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Improvement Manager for a 6 month temporary position to start ASAP.
Role Profile:
Lead a number of service improvement projects which includes:
·Leading organisational restructuring activity
·Assisting IT development and implementation projects to improve Property Services approach to managing capital and revenue works and services contracts;
·Developing new processes and procedures to deliver improvements in the management of capital and revenue works and services contracts.
·Leading the development of training and staff development activities to support improvement activities.
·Lead change management activity and work with stakeholders to deliver service improvement activities.
