Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services (Risk and Compliance)

• Basic salary circa £20 -£25k
• First year realistic OTE £60K

You will be recruiting within the financial services market focussing on Risk, on a permanent, contingency basis.

The level that you will be recruiting for will vary up to a senior level and you can expect to be working with high profile clients.

Requirement

• Ideally you will have experience recruiting in a professional services background and can demonstrate the ability to recruit on a permanent, contingency basis.

• You will have a successful track record and will be able to demonstrate this.

• You must be motivated and commercially aware. It is vital that you learn about your market and understand requirements.

• Candidates must have the drive to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment with high standards. Those who do well will be rewarded with an excellent OTE and accelerator bonus.

• Must like working as part of a team that delivers the kind of service which is unrivalled.

• The ability to create and maintain both internal and external relationships
