Job Description

Our client is global construction consultancy with 1000 staff and over 150 years experience. They operate from a network of offices across 50 countries.

Their core services include:

• Cost Management

• Project Management

• Construction Management

• CDM

• FM

• Disputes

• Development Management

Role:

They require a Quantity Surveyor with some post-graduation years of project experience for their London offices. You will have worked within the consultancy / PQS environment already and have some focus on commercial sector projects including banks, offices, blue chip clients and similar.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• MRICS preferred, will consider candidates who are undertaking their APC

• Background of permanent employment preferred

• Some years of experience post-graduation, ideally gained in a PQS practice or consultancy

• London / surrounding area base candidates preferred

• Some experience of the Commercial sector - blue chip, offices, banks, similar

• Good pre-contract planning skills

• Understanding of variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments and similar

• Excellent client facing skills

• IT Skills

• Good Communication Skills
