Job Description
Company:
Our client is a professional quantity surveying practice and project management consultancy based in Central London. They have involvement with a wide variety of European building and engineering projects and management of public, private and utility sector works.
Role:
Our client is seeking to recruit a Cost Manager and/or Senior Cost Manager to work in their London offices.
Requirements:
Candidates must be degree qualified and chartered members of RICS (or equivalent) or working towards attaining chartered status in the near future.
You should have experience of building projects, ideally including some hotels and education projects.
Previous experience of carrying out the role of Employer's Agent is desirable.
The successful candidate will be a client facing team player, confident working under pressure to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills are essential.
Candidates must demonstrate a track record (supported by relevant references) of personally managing projects up to £5m and working as part of a team on projects in the range £5m to £40m.
