Snr/Recruitment Consultant - Education (warm desk) - London

c.£30k basic (neg.) Excellent uncapped commission 35 days annual leave

Position

• An experienced 360 Snr/Recruitment Consultant is required to join a busy office and inherit a warm desk supplying to Primary schools across London
• Unlimited opportunity for career development and excellent earnings potential

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum if 12-18 months recruitment experience in any sector, although Education recruitment experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Education or Health/Social Care recruiters will have an advantage as you will already be used to working in a sector that has to adhere to government legislations and compliance as well as CRB checking etc..
• Must demonstrate a high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
