Associate Director - Accountancy & Finance (Commerce & Industry Temps) - London

Role

• They continue to experience huge demand for their services, and aggressive growth strategies have identified the need to expand their senior management team and add an Associate Director to lead the C&I temps division
•  This will be responsible for strategic, operational, and sales management
• The role will lead established teams, ensuring managers are monitoring and motivating theirs teams, to ensure targets and profit levels are delivered
• 1 to 1 & team coaching/training sessions to keep consultants and managers up to date with modern practices 

Candidate

• This will suit a successful Divisional Manager wanting that next step in their career, or an already successful Associate Director wanting to join a leading global player
• They are looking for a sales driven, pragmatic and highly strategic senior manager, able to expand and drive business units forward
• Able to develop an effective team ethos in line with the group culture, whilst promoting honesty, fun and career ambition
• You can demonstrate a track record of motivating and growing teams
• Comfortable in board rooms dealing at C level
• Articulate, passionate and desire to succeed
