Job Description

Positions in; Leeds, London and Halifax

Rilwood Associates specialises in executive recruitment and boasts an admirable client list which includes household names such as Philips Electronics, Adidas, Umbro, Continental Tyres, Budweiser, Tetley Tea and many others. Focusing on middle to senior management roles within sales and marketing, we have enjoyed sustained success and growth over the last 8 years. We now employ around 50 staff across our three sites in Leeds, London & Halifax and have grown annual revenue to in excess of £10m across the group.

Due to the continued growth and development of the business, we are looking to recruit talented, ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants at all levels.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, positive, and demonstrate a flexible and “hands on” approach to work.  You will have excellent communication skills, an engaging personality and be determined.  Some experience in permanent mid-upper level recruitment would be an advantage, but most important is the ability to influence and negotiate, and the desire to make a contribution.
