Responsibility

- Supporting across Financial Services with disciplines including but not limited to; Project & Programme Management, Cost improvement, Project Media & Communications, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) etc…
- Commencing as a Researcher/Associate Consultant, you will be involved with the full project life cycle - head-hunting, name gathering, market mapping, and detailed competitor analysis, generating leads and database management.
- Proven Associates will then migrate and become Executive Search Consultant’s if this is your chosen career path and specialise in a particular vertical (or you can stay as a career researcher)
Requirement
- This may suit an experienced Researcher/Associate Consultant or an experienced 360 Professional Services recruiter wanting to step away from front line sales and focus purely on research - mapping, head hunting, market/competitor analysis….
- You are motivated by the need for greater challenges, responsibility and accountability
- You will be a self-starter and a team player.
- Professional, articulate and able to present at all levels
