Job Description

An incredibly successful and vibrant company with sites across North and West London, looking for ambitious, passionate and career minded Assistant Managers to join their senior front of house teams

Role Brief:

• Reporting directly to the General Manager
• Working with a Front of House team of 8-10
• Supporting and training junior members of the team
• Actively promoting the bar/restaurant to maximize profit
• Excellent level of business input
• Dealing with suppliers
• Stock management
• Rota management
• Managing the business according to P&L/financial budgets
• Taking responsibility for the business in the absence of the General Manager
• Adhering to a stringent Health and Safety system as specified by the company
• Working closely with the kitchen team
• Working closely with the promotions management/team

Ideal Candidate:

• Will have proven professional history as an Assistant Manager in a similar environment of at least 18 months
• Experience with P&L and working to budgets and financial targets
• Will be an excellent team leader and motivator
• Will have good experience managing a business with a good food offering
• Will be extremely personable with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
• Good industry and product knowledge is required
• A career minded, passionate and driven individual is required
• Instinctive organisational skills are essential
• The ability to remain calm and professional is an absolute must!
