We are working on behalf of a next generation mobile commerce company. They are experiencing rapid growth and expansion. As a result, a new Marketing Managers vacancy within the business has just opened up.

We require applications from Marketing Manager to be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s marketing plan in order to maximise ROI and continually develop brand equity. The successful candidate will be used to working in an extremely fast paced environment with the ability to adapt and think on their feet.

Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification (CIM preferred)
• A full driving license

Previous Experience

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager capacity
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results
• Commercial awareness imaginative / customer orientated
• Good product knowledge
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to prioritise, delegate and multi-task
• Excellent organisation and planning
• Strong project management skills
• Eye for details and passion for delivering quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and prioritise
• Experience of managing a team, setting objectives, reviews, getting the best from your team.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Product Managers.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Experience of working in small companies, implementing processes and change.
• Ability to understand technical products and services.
• Experience of content management systems, web based systems.
• Experience of using CRM systems i.e. Salesforce.
• Ability to work and communicate with both technical and commercial colleagues
• Excellent written English.

Desirable
• Experience of delivering mobile technology marketing campaigns
